Who we are
This website is operated by Arterion Consultancy B.V., Bierstraat 115, 3011 XA Rotterdam, The Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 85343390 ("Arterion", "we"). We are the controller for the personal data described in this policy.
What we collect
Website visits. This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. When you visit, our hosting provider Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is needed to deliver the website and protect it against abuse.
Email. If you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you include in your message. We use this only to respond to you and to follow up on our correspondence.
Legal basis
We process this data on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure website and responding to enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where correspondence leads to an agreement, we process data as necessary for that agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Who receives it
We do not sell or share your data for marketing. We use service providers who process data on our behalf: Cloudflare for website hosting and Apple (iCloud) for email. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
We may disclose data where required by law.
How long we keep it
Technical visit data is kept by Cloudflare for a limited period in line with its own policies. We keep email correspondence for as long as needed for the purpose it was sent, and longer only where the law requires it, such as the seven-year retention period for business records under Dutch tax law.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email info@arterion.nl. We respond within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
